Valissa Thomas – Swimming towards motherhood

Shortly before giving birth to Dallas Ripp Thomas this past August, Valissa Thomas did an underwater maternity shoot with Eye Wander Photo founder Aaron Hogan. She had seen photos of a session on a Facebook moms’ group and was intrigued. “I’ll try anything once,” she shared. “It was definitely a different experience.”

The session was an add on to the Maternity 365 package Valissa purchased to document the first year of baby Dallas’ life. These precious photos are not the “naked baby on a bear-skin” standard pics from generations ago but they might still provide mom the opportunity to make teenaged Dallas blush when she shares them with his girlfriend.
